Hearing these words from one of the strongest beings in existence gave Corey immense relief whether he wanted to admit it or not.

If he did not hear these words from the Paragon Ancestor, or if he did not have the backing of a being like the Paragon Ancestor, Corey might have truly decided to change the path he planned on taking.

It was not because of cowardice, but because it would be foolish to do so.

If beings that were behind his imagination descended to his planet to kill him, even if they didn't descend with their full power but a mere fraction of it, it was still enough to deter Corey.

He couldn't fight beings like that. His chances of winning was a certain zero, and he would be causing Anna a great deal of hurt if he eventually died because of his foolishness and stubbornness.

Corey would have decided to take another path. A more safer path. If not for the words of the Paragon Ancestor, and for that, he was truly grateful.

"Thank you." Corey bowed his head slightly, and the Paragon Ancestor nodded.

"It would be extremely dangerous and it would definitely lead to a lot of unforeseen consequences, but I'll protect you. So, don't worry about them."

"What you have to worry about is making sure you succeed... And a piece of advice for you. When you see that there's no other hope or way for you to survive, go back to where it all began."

Corey raised a brow in confusion. "To where it all began?"

"I can't tell you more than that. You'll know what to do when the time comes."

Corey furrowed his brows in thought as he tried to understand the Paragon Ancestor's words, but he couldn't, so he left it and pushed it to the back of his mind.

"Can you tell me about the beings that would try and stop me from becoming a new race? Who are they? What are they called? How many are they?"

The Paragon Ancestor looked at Corey with a light smile. "Unless you want to die before achieving what you've been working toward, I don't mind telling you."

Corey raised his brows in slight surprise. "Even you cannot find a way to tell me who they are? I thought with your power you'd have a way to tell me."

The Paragon Ancestor scoffed slightly. "In case you've forgotten, you're still a mortal. You're not even a Mystic Being. Sure, I have a way to tell you who they are so that you won't die, but I promise you that it'll do more harm than good. The difference between me and them on the path of power is not that far, and mortals should not even know that they exist."

"What you don't know is that you currently having an idea about them is creating an extremely faint and very imperceptible connection with them. The only reason why you are not fully connected with them is because of me, and because you know literally nothing about them."

"The moment you know something about them, like their titles, what they do, or worst of all, their names. You become connected to them in ways you cannot sense or comprehend because you're still a mortal."

"But they can sense the connection, and they can do a lot with that connection... Just because you interact with me like this does not mean you can interact with some beings far above your level."

"Take it as a warning from me now, you already know that there are things that should not be seen. But there are also things that should not be heard or even known."

"Until you reach a realm where you know more about these things I'm telling you about, don't try to seek out knowledge of beings beyond you."

"Even gods are not beings you should look at with your current realm, and you should also not hear their voice or know of their names. Compared to the guys I'm talking about, gods can't do much with that connection, but they can still monitor you through it."

"So, be careful Corey, and don't recklessly search for knowledge related to beings beyond your understanding."

Corey was slightly surprised at the seriousness of the Paragon Ancestor's words and his tone also.

He never expected that the Paragon Ancestor would seriously warn him about knowledge, but he also knew that he was right.

He could still vividly recall where he ended up after he failed to teleport properly, and the experience that nearly killed him.

It was an experience he could never forget.

"I've been talking to you for a long time, and I've known about you but I have never been hurt by the knowledge of you... and the Supreme Ancestor. Why's that? What's the difference between you and them aside from the fact that you're stronger than the people that would want to kill me for the path I want to take."

The Paragon Ancestor chuckled softly. "Like I said, the difference between those guys and me and the old man is not much. Unlike them, the old man and I are... complete and have immense control."

"It is for these two reasons why you can look at me right now, and you can even look at the old man if he appears before you and controls himself."

Corey had an extremely intrigued and also confused expression when he heard the words of the Paragon Ancestor.

'They are complete and have immense control? What does that mean? How are they complete? They have immense control over what? Over themselves? Over where they stay?'

Corey had so many questions regarding the words of the Paragon Ancestor, but he knew that he wouldn't understand even if the Paragon Ancestor explained to him because he was still a mortal and was too weak.

"We've talked enough. Shall we grow these little ones?" The Paragon Ancestor said, bringing Corey out of his thoughts and gesturing to the remaining Infinity Crystal shards.
