As Jason and Gina flew over the world on Trigon's back, Gina noticed the small group of golden-skinned people looking up at them with wide eyes when they saw the large dragon, and one of them even tried to run along with Trigon while waving her hand excitedly! But Trigon was far too fast, so it was gone before she could even reach them! Trigon flew over a large settlement made up of various buildings with a large covering draped over them all to block out the sun, and Gina noticed that there were more of the golden-skinned people in there.

'They are known as Flagians. They're the dominant race on this world, but they don't have any magic yet, so they rely on basic technology and engineering to survive.'

Jason spoke up when he noticed Gina watching the golden people below them, and Gina smiled as she hugged Jason tighter! Gina couldn't believe how much Jason had learned about the world out here and she could never get enough of him telling her about it! When things settled down with Earth, and they didn't have the Overlord breathing down their necks, Gina really wanted to go exploring the Primordial Expanse again. Jason smiled when Gina told him this and he promised Gina that they would go far away for their honeymoon. Gina blushed as she was reminded again that she was engaged to this man. Gina had never actually forgotten, but hearing Jason say it so calmly never failed to make her feel embarrassed!

DOON!

But the happy moment was immediately cut short when the two lovers felt an intense surge of mana fill the region! Jason turned to the left sharply, and he felt his eyes widen when he saw hundreds of blue dimensional circles appearing in the sky beside them, and out of them floated many Machina soldiers! But it was the Machina in front that really drew Jason's attention! It was larger than the other Machina and stood nearly ten feet tall, and its entire body was made from a silver metallic suit that gave it an exoskeleton-like appearance. The Machina in front pointed its hand forward, and the hand suddenly mechashifted into a massive raygun before it unleashed a blast of pure energy towards them!

KA-BOOM!!

The alser flew towards Jason and Gina at the speed of light, and Jason put a hand up and quickly activated multiple defensive Runes at the same time! But the laser beam easily tore through all of them like they didn't even exist, and in the next moment, it slammed into them and threw them back into the city they had been flying over! Trigon let out a loud roar as it was thrown through a large building and the various civilians that had been living in the city began to scream as they saw the large dragon that crashed down on them!

"Fucking Machina."

A growl echoed out from the dust cloud surrounding where Trigon had fallen, and Jason waved his hand to the side in annoyance to get rid of the dust before he turned to the side to make sure that Gina was alright. Gina had crashed into a dining table in someone's living room, but she managed to get herself back to her feet, and she coughed while waving away the dust around her. Wow, that was the strongest attack Gina had ever felt from another mage in her life! That was almost as strong as what she would feel whenever Jason was unleashing an attack! That could only mean that this person was also an SSS-Rank at least!

'Are you okay, babe?'

Gina turned to Jason when she heard his voice in her head, and she nodded to tell him that she was fine. Jason's face was twisted in anger, and at that moment, Gina knew that Jason was pissed! A loud voice echoed from outside the building and Gina recognised it as the same one she had heard in the festival at Rig'lah. It was Yelena!

"This is your final warning, criminal. You have been surrounded, and there is no escape from here. Surrender and come in peacefully to face justice for your actions. If you force us to act, then we will kill you without fail."

Jason cracked his neck to the side calmly without even bothering to acknowledge what Yelena was saying, and Jason spoke to his entire Legion at the same time.

'The only threat here is the SSS-Rank leader. I'm going to deal with her myself. I want the rest of you to take care of the rest of the Machina. Take as much mana as you need for resurrections. But make sure you give them hell.'

Yelena was up in the sky watching the building that Jason had flown through with narrowed eyes! After the battle at Rig'lah, Yelena had been forced to retreat due to the difference in strength between her and her attackers. The Sovereign, Trigon, and Evon fighting together had been far too much for the Machina soldiers, and Yelena knew that they would lose, so she was forced to leave! But she hadn't left out of fear, but out of strategic wisdom! Since she knew that they were losing, the only thing that she needed to do was to gain more power! And right now, Yelena was wearing one of the greatest inventions that the Machina had ever created. The Cybertronic Exoskeleton! This exoskeleton was created as a way to ensure that Machina with weak Cybertronic Genes would still be capable of contributing in wars, even though they didn't have a lot of Mechanical Augmentations! The exoskeleton increased the base strength, durability and stamina of any fighter by at least 50% for stronger fighters, and up to 300% for weaker fighters!

Someone like Yelena, who was already an SSS-Rank, would only be able to receive a 50% increase to her strength, but that alone was already a lot more power than what she previously held! With the way she was now, pound for fucking pound, Yelena had more strength, Durability, and raw firepower than even Jason!

Yelena continued to stare at the building after her announcement, and she waited for Jason to reveal himself. Yelena could still feel his mana in there, so she knew that he wasn't trying to run away! The dust cloud slowly began to clear and Yelena narrowed her eyes when she saw Jason standing at the edge of a large hole in the building with Gina at his side. Jason took off the long coat that he had been wearing to reveal the slim-fitting black t-shirt, black cargo pants, and black combat boots that he had underneath. Jason had various rune scars carved down his exposed arms, and even from a distance, Yelena could tell that this body was that of a warrior! Jason pointed his finger up at Yelena and waved for her to come to him! Yelena felt a sudden surge of anger fill her at such a display and she shouted to her men!

"Jason Marc and Gina Fey have decided not to surrender. Any degree of force is permitted! Bring them before the Overlord, dead or alive!"

The Machina soldiers all charged towards Jason and Gina, and Yelena activated her rocket boosters and charged straight for Jason! But there was something off about this. Even with all the soldiers flying toward them, Yelena wondered why she couldn't see a hint of fear in Jason's eyes. Jason was calm and collected, almost like he didn't even think that these many soldiers were a threat! Jason threw his coat to the side in one smooth move, and at the next moment, a massive surge of power suddenly erupted across the world!

DOON!
