The Ancestor of All Demons

Chapter 538: 438 Good Volume Blood God Scripture

Shi Feiyang became the master of the Golden Summit Jade Emperor Temple and compiled many secret manuals, including but not limited to "Golden Summit Silk Palm," "Snow Floating Cloud Palm," "Four Phase Palm," "Destruction Sword," "Absolute Sword," "Mountain Returning Primordial Qi," "Shaqing Divine Sword," "Xuan Gong Myriad Forms," "Dragon Sparrow Double Rings," and so on...

The first few were secret martial arts manuals, with "Mountain Returning Primordial Qi" being an extremely profound Inner Strength technique and, at later stages, a Sword Immortal's Foundation Building Technique.

The last three parts were entirely Immortal methods, easy to start with, but the deeper the cultivation, the greater the potential.

He took these cultivation methods out to teach the disciples of the Emei Sect, allowing them to practice them.

Having the chance to learn Immortal Laws, they all saw hope, each one full of zeal, and would rise early at the crow of the rooster to practice their skills before daylight.

For a time, on Emei Mountain, in the forests and streams below, gathering in groups of threes and fives, were martial arts practitioners whose voices of exertion echoed continuously.

Shi Feiyang let them continue to practice while he carved out an Underground Palace under the Jade Emperor Hall with Immortal Law to prohibit disturbances, choosing to cultivate in seclusion on his own.

He had taken the opportunity to enter the Spiritual Jade Peak to search for the Jade Lotus Pod that he remembered from the memories during the time when Deng Yin attacked the Taiyuan Five Mansions.

As described in the original text, the Jade Lotus Pod was green and dewy, as if it had just been plucked from a lotus.

However, in the treasure vault of Spiritual Jade Peak, he didn't find such a lotus pod, but instead found a large lotus calyx bone.

The diameter of the calyx bone was larger than that of a bowl, and with a stem as thick as an egg, it resembled a short hammer. It felt even heavier than one made of fine iron when held in the hand.

When the treasure vault of the Spiritual Jade Peak was established, most of its treasures had already been given to three generations of young and old disciples of the Emei Sect, leaving not much behind. Shi Feiyang didn't take anything else. After searching several times, he eventually found this lotus calyx bone.

He had a premonition that this lotus calyx bone was the object he had been looking for, and that it was very closely tied to his destiny.

When he reached out to take the lotus calyx bone, he felt a sense of alertness.

If he took it, his life would change; it would no longer follow the original predetermined path, and the destinies of many others would be altered as well.

In the end, he still took it back, intending to study it thoroughly.

He formed the Circulation Technique with his hands, and the lone lotus floated suspended between them, gently rotating while supported by a green light.

He continuously infused Pure Yang Immortal Qi into the lotus while his Primordial Spirit consciousness also delved deep into it.

He quickly sensed that inside the calyx bone, there were layers of petals in various colors—red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue, and purple— overlapping, unleashing infinite brilliance. These colors constantly mingled and refracted, turning the interior of the calyx into a universe filled with colorful light.

Within the calyx, there was a verdant lotus seed pod, divided into nine holes. From each hole shot a ray of colorful light, converging to envelope a bright red sphere.

Shi Feiyang knew he must have taken the right thing!

The Palace Master of Stone God, as the foremost figure in the Demon Path, was guarding the Demon Cult Supreme Holy Scripture, also known as the Blood God Scripture.

He had created a small Cave Heaven Space, which is the Stone God Palace. The reason he was referred to as the Palace Master of Stone God was because no one knew his name.

Initially stationed at Wudang Mountain, his Stone God Palace discovered Deng Yin and was subsequently moved to another location.

Knowing that his daughter had a fate with Deng Yin in a previous life, and that in this life, their entanglement was difficult to resolve—with both at risk of calamity—he promptly fled, hoping to avoid disaster.

However, Master Changmei, following the advice of the Mad Monk, entered his Demon Palace and by a stroke of misfortune, during the Palace Master of Stone God's absence, found the lotus.

Inside the lotus were two scriptures, the Good Volume and the Evil Book of the "Blood God Scripture."

At that time, Master Changmei had no knowledge of the specifics and merely felt such a demon scripture was not a good thing. Believing it would be a curse upon the world if left behind, he sought to destroy it with the Purple Ying Sword.

The "Blood God Scripture" itself was a treasure. Struck by the Purple Ying Sword, it shrank and transformed into a smooth red sphere.

Master Changmei then attempted to destroy the other volume, the Evil Book, but was stopped by the hurriedly returning Palace Master of Stone God.

Ultimately, Master Changmei took the red sphere away and handed it over to the Mad Monk.

The Mad Monk also wanted to use the Good Volume to help Deng Yin overcome his future tribulations, but due to a series of unfortunate events, he failed. He himself was implicated and died facing disaster during meditation.

The Evil Book remained in the Demon Palace. The Palace Master of Stone God intended to use it to resolve his daughter's entanglement with Deng Yin, but it only led to deeper complications and no success. Deng Yin cultivated using the Evil Book, fully descended into the Demon Path, killed numerous Righteous Path Sword Immortals, and became a major scourge of the world!

Shi Feiyang knew that this fleshy-looking red object was the transformation of the upper volume of the "Blood God Scripture," and naturally, he couldn't just hand it to Deng Yin. He needed to study it first and only after understanding it would he teach it to Deng Yin.

He knew that the Demon Scripture was in itself an extremely formidable Demon Path Magical Treasure, so he dared not take it lightly. Summoning the three purple and blue Divine Flames atop his head in advance, he protected his heart and spirit, only then continuing to probe deeper into the flesh ball.

Inside the flesh ball was an endless sea of blood, resembling a boundless universe in space, filled with fresh blood.

This blood had originally been still, as if in a silence that lasted for thousands or tens of thousands of years, without a single ripple, utterly lifeless like the void.

As Shi Feiyang's Primordial Spirit entered, the blood was stirred, starting to undulate and churn, forming whirlpools and strong currents, growing more and more turbulent!

If it had been someone else, their Divine Sense would have gotten lost in the endless Blood Sea upon entry.

However, Shi Feiyang was able to maintain his composure throughout, conjuring a form with his thoughts directly within the Blood Sea. He summoned a stream of Chaotic Primordial Qi from his inner Dragon Ball, forming a gigantic Xuanjia Black Dragon within the sea of blood!

This dragon body continuously grew larger, baring fangs and brandishing claws, stirring billions of tons of blood, parting the waves, relentlessly swimming towards the source of the Blood Sea.

At last, he arrived at the source of the Blood Sea and saw a giant multicolored lotus there. The lotus was half-open, and seated inside was a youthful girl. She was undoubtedly beautiful beyond measure; the key point being she was completely naked, with skin as white as snow, hair as dark as ink, eyes slightly closed, and hands positioned in front of her chest forming a Demon Path spell, utterly still.

The Black Dragon grew larger, its formed body capable of changing at will; in the endless Blood Sea, its length was immeasurable, parting the waves as it flew towards the girl. Yet, the closer it got to her, the smaller the dragon's body became, while the girl and the lotus remained the same size.

By the time the Black Dragon reached the girl, it had shrunk to just over three feet long. Shi Feiyang tried to make the Dragon Body grow by thought, but the space around also changed accordingly, as did the girl and the lotus. No matter how much it grew, their proportion remained nearly the same; the girl sat atop the colorful lotus platform, shielded by the light emanating from layer upon layer of lotus leaves, resembling a vast Bodhisattva statue.

"Who is this girl? Could it be…"

Shi Feiyang's thought hadn't fully formed when the girl suddenly opened her eyes and looked at the Black Dragon in front of her, smiling faintly, "Finally, someone has come to awaken me! What is your relation to Deng Yin?"

The Black Dragon replied, "Deng Yin is my sworn brother. And who might you be?"

"You don't know who I am? You have clearly already guessed it!" the girl said with a smile.

She was incredibly beautiful, the most beautiful girl Shi Feiyang had seen in both his lives. Now, as she smiled, a sweet feeling streamed directly into his heart, causing ripples in his usually tranquil mindset!

Such an formidable witch!

Shi Feiyang inwardly exclaimed: Not only could this witch sense what was on his mind, but she could also disturb his inner peace.

"Thanks for the compliment!" the witch smiled and nodded slightly, "So it wasn't Deng Yin who sent you to find me, alas…"

Her last sigh seemed to carry the weight of a millennium's sorrows, making others' hearts fall into a state of melancholy as well.

Shi Feiyang hurriedly adjusted his state of mind, ensuring not to waver further or let her sense what he was truly thinking, "Are you truly the daughter of the Palace Master of Stone God?"

The witch nodded, "Indeed! You may address me as Princess of Stone God."

How did you end up inside this blood ball? Isn't this blood ball transformed from the Blood God Scripture? These words were not uttered aloud by Shi Feiyang; rather, they were thoughts in his mind, intended for the other party to sense.

Princess of Stone God sighed again, "That's a long story… I'll try to keep it short."

Though she aimed for brevity, she still spoke for a considerable while.

As everyone knows, the true scriptures of the Demon Path, like the Demon Scriptures, are always overseen by a Demon God. The Demon God Scripture Shi Feiyang originally acquired was like this, and the Blood God Scripture was the same. The latter is the number one scripture of the Demon Path in this world, with an even more formidable Demon God and a more complex mechanism within.

Years ago, the Palace Master of Stone God refined the entire Blood God Scripture and also found a notebook beneath the Water Cave at the Silver Cicada Reef of the East Sea, left by a predecessor of the Demon Path. It recorded the origins of the Blood God Scripture and various profound uses for overcoming and dissolving life-force. It contained nine Spirit Talismans, which were specifically annotated to complement the cultivation of the Blood God Scripture.

Using that notebook, instead of practicing by flaying, the Palace Master of Stone God chose to meditate in seclusion for eighty-three years.

With this approach, although he suffered through various terrifying illusions and Demon Realms as if he were in Hell, he was not only spared from flaying, but also didn't have to enter the Demon Scripture to become a substitute for the Demon afterwards. The Palace Master of Stone God became the only recorded person in the Shushan World to achieve ascension through the Demon Path!

However, his daughter was not so competitive; enamored with Deng Yin and failing to win his affection, she pleaded with the Demon God in the book to help her change her fate and win Deng Yin over...

The Demon God truly helped her get Deng Yin, but Deng Yin also had Shen Wugou, and another, the Red Flower Princess, who made vows to her Lifebound Demon—more fierce and ruthless than she. In the end, she and Deng Yin only shared a brief relationship of three days. Without even holding hands, they were forced to part.

When the Demon God fulfilled her wish, naturally it demanded compensation, which was her Primordial Spirit. The Demon God wanted to become one with her, to gain her fleshly body.

Many things happened in the meantime, with the Palace Master of Stone God devising numerous strategies, almost succeeding several times, but always falling short for one reason or another in the end.

The Princess of Stone God spoke in a sorrowful and desolate tone, "My father has severed the bonds of kinship with me, and he ascended to the Demon Realm alone. After sitting in seclusion for six cycles of Jiazi, I finally resolved the vows of the past, but having cultivated the Demon God Dharma Body, I entered this Demon Scripture to take the place of the original Divine Demon, allowing him to ascend to the Demon Realm and leave. Now, I preside over the Demon Scripture in his stead."

After listening, Shi Feiyang finally understood—the Princess of Stone God, like E Sheng Fan, had become the master Demon God in a scripture; only that one was in the Demon God Scripture, and the other was in the Blood God Scripture.

He pondered for a moment, a surge of thought arising in his mind: Are you aware of the cultivation method of the Good Volume of the Blood God Scripture?
