The Ancestor of All Demons

Chapter 539: 439 Princess of Stone God

Shi Feiyang asked about the cultivation method of the "Good Volume" of the Blood God Scripture, the Princess of Stone God laughed.

"The Blood God Scripture is an unparalleled grand technique of our Demon Path, there is nothing that can surpass it. The text within is sparse, and the manual itself possesses its own mysteries. It is only to be understood through pondering, not transmitted through words. You want to know how to cultivate the Good Volume? That's easy enough. Send down your Primordial Spirit, and I shall teach you. Once we have demonstrated it personally, you will understand."

Thinking of the description of the two volumes of the Blood God Scripture from the original story, Shi Feiyang's heart gave a sudden jolt.

No one knew of what material the entire Demon Scripture was made, not silk nor hemp, greasy to the touch as if it were two chunks of fat, exceedingly slippery, thin as a gossamer, fully transparent.

The Good Volume was divided into two parts: the first half was filled with unknowable talisman scripts, and the second half was all erotic pictures, with ancient seal annotations on the side, the entire book dyed blood red, except for the men and women within the pages, who were as white as jade and snow, vibrant and lifelike.

The Evil Book was also divided into two halves: the first half also contained many talisman spells and characters, and the second half of each page featured a red human shadow. The book itself was red, but the shadows were even a deeper shade of red, lifelike to behold.

"Is this witch saying she wants my Primordial Spirit to descend so she can personally teach me, could it be she wants to demonstrate everything with me that's in the scripture?"

As this thought struck him, Shi Feiyang's heart raced uncontrollably, and he remembered the legend of the Yellow Emperor with his three thousand consorts...

The more he thought about it, the more he felt he should give it a try, since he had no desire to ascend to the Spiritual Space Immortal Realm anyway, and it had been a long time since he'd felt any inclination towards women. It was his first such interest in many years.

These thoughts rapidly began to simmer in the Sea of Consciousness, growing in number.

Yet, having "Seen Dao," for every thought that came into being in the void, each with its own sound and color, with characters and backgrounds, they were like little worlds in their own right.

If it were anyone else, they would have been controlled by these entangled and transforming thoughts of inner demons and outer ones, but he remained an outsider, viewing them as if watching a movie, clearly perceiving these thoughts without being influenced by them. If he truly went to jointly cultivate the Blood God Scripture with the witch, it would be out of his own volition, not because of these thoughts.

He said to the Princess of Stone God, "Don't you have a thing for Deng Yin? Why then resort to magic to seduce me?"

The Princess of Stone God showed not a hint of shame: "My love for Deng Yin ended a long time ago. In his heart, I can't compare to his pure and pristine lawful wife Shen Wugou, nor can I match the wanton and shamelessly depraved Red Flower. What point is there in my one-sided love? In the end, the affection I had was wrongly given!

As for you saying I'm seducing you? You men love to shove the blame onto women. You're the one whose heart was swayed first, and only then did my Blood Demon Capturing God Technique activate. Without an insider, how can an outer demon be stirred? To say you're seducing me would be more accurate... Heh. Deng Yin said the same thing back then. He blamed me when he was with me, and he blamed Red Flower when he was with her, the height of inconstancy!"

"I admit that I was tempted, just as you were. If there was no response on your part, your magic wouldn't have 'activated accordingly.' We can just leave it at that without delving into intentions. As for Deng Yin..."

Shi Feiyang said, "He cultivated the Evil Book, fell into the Demon Path, and couldn't find a way to completely solve it despite thinking of many methods. I sought the Good Volume of the Demon Scripture with great effort,

hoping to study it and understand the situation before teaching him. According to my calculations, the only way to free him from the sea of suffering is this Good Volume of the Blood God Scripture.

I think it's best if you could display the contents of the scripture to me—how much I'm able to comprehend will be my own matter. As for whatever consequences you're worried about, I shall naturally bear them."

The Princess of Stone God did not give a direct answer, but instead asked, "Are you sworn brothers with Deng Yin? What was the reason for your sworn brotherhood?"

After some thought, Shi Feiyang still told her: "I've utilized him a few times to block disasters for me, avoiding several crises."

"No wonder!" The Princess of Stone God said with a touch of sarcasm, "He is the most selfish, inconsiderate, and fickle person in the world! Any sane person would never become sworn brothers with him,

in Ancient Times, Red Corpse God Monarch devoted herself to him wholeheartedly, fighting for a ray of hope for him at the cost of her life, almost ending in both body and soul destroyed. Had not Master Changmei showed mercy, he would have ceased to exist!

Yet you managed to use him to block calamities for you, that is truly astonishing. It's always him using others, never thought someone could use him in return, quite an eye-opener!"

The Princess of Stone God had only generally spoken of some past events and the relationships among several people, not going into detail.

Shi Feiyang didn't know how Deng Yin had wounded her so deeply, almost every sentence laced with derision; he had initially thought the two must have been quite affectionate.

He had planned to give the Good Volume directly to Deng Yin, letting him and his wife cultivate and study it together.

But now he sensed that doing so might trigger a series of undesirable consequences, possibly even the start of an enormous future calamity!

Shi Feiyang simply asked directly, "Deng Yin deeply resents Master Changmei, claiming that he killed his most beloved one. I had thought it was you, but now it appears to have been Red Flower?"

The Princess of Stone God let out a cold snort, "Indeed, that wretch was the one he loved most!"

The Princess of Stone God actually didn't have a very deep connection with Deng Yin; in the past, he had been instructed to enter the Stone God Palace to steal the Blood God Scripture.

Two formidable Independent Immortals arrived first, seizing the opportunity while the Palace Master of the Stone God was away on business. Only his daughter was left in the palace to guard the Demon Scripture, engaging in a duel with the two men.

Because the opponents were well-prepared and brought many Magical Treasures that could restrain the Demon Path, and because they were calculating against the unsuspecting, Princess of Stone God could not withstand the attack and nearly met her death at the hands of the two.

Deng Yin was originally there to steal the Demon Scripture too, but upon seeing the Princess of Stone God and connecting with their past life's bond, he instead helped the Princess against the two Independent Immortals. The battle dragged on until the Palace Master of the Stone God returned and apprehended the two, casting them into the Demon Prison.

After Deng Yin left, he soon underwent Soldier Disintegration and reincarnation; the Princess of Stone God found herself afflicted with lovesickness, wanting no one but Deng Yin, and eventually swore an oath to the Demon Scripture, hoping to stay forever with her beloved. In the end, things went contrary to her wishes, attracting much tribulation.

Originally, the Princess of Stone God had saved Deng Yin in a past life; now, he had returned the favor, with cause and effect that could have been concluded.

Yet the Princess of Stone God turned the effect into a cause, leading herself to still be entangled in its bonds.

The Princess of Stone God told Shi Feiyang, "The 'Blood God Scripture' has already become like this; the original talisman characters can no longer be recreated. If you want to know, descend your Primordial Spirit,

and I will demonstrate and practice with you one by one. If you are unwilling, then forget it. Or, you may deliver me to Deng Yin, and I will teach him directly. Choose as you will!"

This placed Shi Feiyang in a difficult position. He didn't want to descend and practice Divine Communication with this witch, but neither did he want to give the Demon Scripture directly to Deng Yin.

Rationally, he believed that the best move would be to hand the red pearl directly to Deng Yin and let the couple resolve their own affairs.

But emotionally, intuitively, he felt that handing it over directly might unleash a calamity beyond his control!

What kind of calamity that would be, he didn't know and couldn't calculate!

Could it be that, having seen the body of this witch and being covertly dominated by her magic, he was already captured by her, desiring to make her his own?

Shi Feiyang shook his head in self-deprecation. He could affirm that wasn't the reason; for now, he couldn't hand over the Good Volume to Deng Yin...

Unable to decide, he retracted his consciousness for the time being. Holding the Jade Lotus in his hands, Shi Feiyang silently lost himself in thought.

The Jade Lotus was a Magical Treasure for suppressing demons, and now that it had sprouted Seven-Colored Lotus Leaves, it was actually not a good sign!

These Seven-Colored Lotus Leaves were wrapping the "Blood God Scripture," and inside it still resided a princess of the Demon Path; he felt that this witch wasn't entirely truthful in her words, but not everything she said was false either, just that there must be much more kept hidden.

Suddenly, Shi Feiyang felt regret; he should not have taken the Jade Lotus from Spiritual Jade Peak. The item was not yet meant to appear in the world, and by taking it out prematurely, he had altered many lines of cause and effect, deeply entangling himself in them.

From an outsider, he had become an involved party!

Shi Feiyang finally truly felt that, no matter how strong his ability to deduce Heaven's Secret or how high his Daoist power, he should not act recklessly. Otherwise, it was easy to trap himself in the thick of things; once involved, perspectives and the big picture would all change.

Now, he somewhat wanted to return the Lotus. However, of course, it was just a fleeting thought. Since he had already taken it out and become entangled, returning it would be futile and would only make things worse.

"This accursed thing, being both the supreme secret of the Demon Path and the highest Magical Treasure of the Demon Cult, has just dropped into my hands! It's useless to use it, and I can't throw it away or give it away! No matter what I do, it will only bring worse consequences!"

Even just keeping it and not dealing with it wouldn't do, seeing how it was slowly growing, and the flower buds had not yet begun to bloom.

He was currently unable to deduce what situation will arise once the item fully matured.

And as for what changes will occur within the "Blood God Scripture," he could only guess that the Princess of Stone God would not always remain like this...

What he could do now was to refine the Jade Lotus for a while, making it into his own Magical Treasure to promptly handle any emergencies that might arise.

He first carefully studied the Lotus, planning out a method for its Sacrificial Refinement, then began instilling a vast amount of Immortal Energy into it, starting the refinement of this Demon Treasure...

Actually, this Lotus was not a Magical Treasure created by Demon Path methods, but rather a Treasure of the Mysterious Sect lineage, which simply ended up in the hands of the Demon Cult and was used by experts on the Demon Path to suppress demons.

Shi Feiyang first used the Emei Sect's "Shaqing Secret Manual" to start the refinement, and it was surprisingly suitable, making it clear that Master Changmei had refined it and left many hints behind.

When the time came for it to emerge, the descendants would use the sect's Immortal Law to re-refine it, and it would soon be successfully applied to Demon Refinement and demon-suppressing.

Using the Shaqing Immortal Skills, Shi Feiyang matched the hints left by Master Changmei and then switched to the Ancient Methods of the Three Emperors Dao.

Master Changmei simply intended for the descendants to wield it for demon-suppressing, but Shi Feiyang had another idea in mind.
