BAM

Her weight had cracked the wall, and pieces of it began to tumble down towards her.

I expected to slice her legs off, but it seemed she had a reactive piece of armor that formed over any threatened pieces of her body.

"Old hag, get the fuck out," I said.

We all watched as a thick and spiky knight-like armor made from a dense and ice-blue material formed around her legs and then spread to her torso.

A helmet then formed in her hand, and it had a pair of tiny wings at the top, and as she placed the helmet on her head, the tiny wings turned an ice blue and formed into large circles that strangely fit the helmet.

"Would you like to know what level us Braves have achieved?" Tiana asked as she slowly stood up, and the air around was chilly.

I had resistance to temperature, but everything began to turn so cold that even I was shivering.

'Get ready, everyone. Remember, she's one of the strongest humans on this planet, so get ready to either fight or run away. If one of us is indecisive, we won't be able to get a full connection… Plus, we don't even have Nell and Astra,' I said through the hivemind and noticed everybody nod their heads gently before glancing back at Tiana.

"No, I don't think I want to know," I muttered before swiping my hand up and creating a blast of rainbow flames that threatened to tear through the armor… or so I thought.

Sssssssssssssss

The fire evaporated into thin air upon coming in contact with the armor, and it looked as if the flames were being sucked into it.

There was a slight vortex on the surface of the armor, and Tiana's eyes which had a silhouette over them, revealed a pair of golden pupils.

"That's a shame, but I feel like it is my duty to inform you. But first, I have a question to ask my children,"

Hearing her calling us her "children" made us visibly grimace before activating our most powerful buff skills.

Celestine made her way towards the back of the group, and scattered scales with our respective colors began to crawl up our neck and end at our cheeks.

Our pupils slimmed into like that of a dragon or reptile, and the earth under us began to crack as we glared at Tiana.

"What is that question?" Nuala asked, anger completely consuming her after realizing how much she had been manipulated.

"Did you really think we arrived late? Lucy, did you really think I came out of nowhere to always help you? My children, did you really think I was training you to become amazing dungeons runners?" Tiana said with a sadistic smile as she looked up, revealing her angelic eyes that shone upon us.

That's right… this is the real Tiana.

"To be honest… We don't give a shit," We all said before Tiana stomped on the ground, creating a massive tree of ice that scraped the sky and enveloped the entire area.

Mountains had disappeared, and we were now inside the bottom of the trunk, looking up at the icy canopy from inside.

"You were all sustenance for me to ascend to the next level. I'm done being an apostle of the angels… I'LL BE A FUCKING ANGEL MYSELF! AND NOT ONLY THAT OF A WEAK ONE, BUT A QUEEN AMONGST ANGELS! A RULER AMONGST ALL!" Tiana shouted sadistically before the tree around us began to close in towards us.

Tiana then curled up while still standing and then shot her body outwards, revealing a set of angelic wings that allowed her to flap all the way up, staring at us with anticipated and psychotic eyes.

In order to save ourselves, we tried to jump into Charna's shadow, which we knew was our only way out, but Charna's shadow had literally frozen over.

So, now we had no choice but to fire as many attacks at the closing wall as possible; otherwise, we'll get crushed into a pulp.

All of a sudden, Clio used the first big skill, which surprised Tiana as all ice surrounding us turned into sand, causing the base of the tree to give out.

The tree toppled down, causing an earthquake to shake the plates of the very continent we were on.

As the ground below us rumbled, Ethel activated a skill that caused thousands of bubbles to appear in the air.

Curious, Tiana popped one of them by protruding a long spike from the toppling tree, which then stabbed through one of the bubbles… and it was a big mistake on her part.

The bubble had a chain reaction of explosions that then traveled its way up towards her, and upon reaching her, she was bathed in explosions.

All while this was happening, Ethel had created a bow of water with a massive arrow the size of a tree trunk.

Electra had also followed in her sister's path by creating a massive bow with a massive arrow made from ice crystals, a bit different from mine.

She seemed to have large chunks of ice while mine was smooth… though I had to stop her quickly because this might actually work in her favor.

'Electra-'

'No, I got this… Just fucking wait and see me kill this bitch,' Electra said through the hivemind, and after seeing her enraged face, I decided to trust her.

Suddenly, the crackling of lightning could be heard around Electra, and soon, sparks flew through the air as they melded with the arrow.

Electra had a sadistic smile that sent chills down my spine, and the crystalline icy bow and arrow had turned completely yellow.

Cracks of thunder with sparks of lightning traveled around Electra before she released the arrow into Ethel's arrow, which had also been released.

Ethel's arrow suddenly turned into a monstrous fish that had thousands of rows of razor-sharp teeth, and on top of that, it created its own whirlpool in mid-air which was sucking in the cloud from the earlier explosions.

What was revealed behind the cloud, though, was Tiana completely unharmed as she stared coldly at the attacks quickly coming toward her.

FWOOSH

With a wave of her arm, and like a goddess already, she completely blew away the attacks… but one thing managed to slip through.

BOOM

A thunderclap resounded through the air, and sparks of lightning came crashing down from the empty and dark clouds above us, created by someone.

Tiana fell to the ground, paralyzed for a few seconds by the lightning coursing through her veins as if it was blood itself.

"What the hell," She muttered, trying to flap her wings again.

"You piece of shit, that is what you get for trying fuck with my sister," Electra said as she pointed a claw-shaped hand towards the sky, and her other hand held a yellow crystalline arrow that she had cocked behind her head.

FWOOSH

She threw the arrow directly at Tiana, and once it collided with her paralyzed body, a massive bolt of lightning struck her from the sky.

It was as if the heavens had moved according to Electra's will.

"Looks like you were much more different than I had initially anticipated," I muttered with a smile before summoning Frostbite into my hand and coating it with the most powerful blast of ice I could gather.

SHING

Tiana's backplate had collided with the tip of Frostbite, and sparks of blue lightning came sprouting out of the collision.

As I pushed up, the other girls were preparing their own attacks, and to no surprise, Frostbite did absolutely nothing, so I coated it in Quetzalcoatl's flames.

"ARGHHHHHHH!"

I let out a long cry as I desperately tried to kill the woman before my blade.

(Unknown POV)

(Somewhere very far away)

"She's grown…."

"I'm so proud of her. She was just a tiny, fragile, and nervous kid, but now she's taking care of somebody she was manipulated by. She managed to escape her web, and even though she dragged others into it, unsurprisingly, they worked together and escaped,"

"Though, they won't be together much longer, right?"

"It's a shame, but they'll reunite eventually. Either that be as enemies, allies, acquaintances, or even friends again,"

"Their legacy has only just begun… I'm excited to see what becomes of our child… Marina,"

"I'm excited as well,"

"Anyway, what's for dinner?"

"Geez, shouldn't we finish watching our child grow into an adult? I mean, she might even die here if she isn't careful. We should cheer her on as much as possible,"

"If she dies, I can finally meet her,"

"Fufufufu… I see so that's why… You really are a good father. What was it called on earth... tsundere?"

"*sigh* I mean, she won't be dying anytime soon. I have at least that much faith in her,"

"Alright, I'll go make some dinner then. Just continue to cheer on your daughter, Q,"

"Already am,"
