"It would have been so much better if I could have received that loan." Leo closed his eyes, and sighed. "Within a week, the reputation of Alpha Corp will not rock bottom. But still... it might be better to not rely on anyone else."

"That reminds me... It should already be time that Picollo sends out invitations to the influential people from earth, to reveal our new clothing line in a week."

He slowly opened his eyes.

"Should I take the stage and introduce that stupid product myself? That way, I can control if anything goes wrong with my plans. But the thought of standing on the stage, introducing that wasteful invention..."

The thought made his expressions go weird.

"Nah, that would be too embarrassing. After I heard Yelina's words and realized that this product might be a holy item for exhibitionists, I can't in good faith accept that embarrassment of standing on the stage and introducing it myself."

He could already imagine the looks he was going to receive, as if he was a pervert. He didn't care about his company falling into bankruptcy, but he still had some shame left.

"Should I let Picollo know so he can give me an entry pass? Or should I just sneak inside secretly? I'm sure the event venue should have a few windows?"

Leo had a lot of confusion. He was torn between letting Picollo know about his arrival, or sneakily' inside.

In the end, he came up with a plan to just try the second option first. If he could sneak inside successfully, he wouldn't need to expose his identity.

If there were no gaps for him to sneak inside, he could always use the backdoor through Picollo's help.

"That's it! I'll be sneaking inside my own event." Leo stood up, and tossed his hand in the air. "Let's witness this downfall with my own eyes!"

"By the way, is it my misconception or it feels colder even with the heating on?"

Although it was by a large amount, he could feel the difference clearly. He donned a heavy jacket, and walked towards the balcony.

He opened the glass door, and was instantly greeted by freezing winds that made him shiver.

He rubbed his hands, and walked out in the cold, overlooking the surroundings.

The blanket of snow in the surroundings had become even thicker, to the point that the entire first floor of his villa was covered in snow from the outside.

He didn't even have to put much effort. He could simply jump outside from this second floor, and he would easily land on the snow.

As the cold went overwhelming, he returned to the villa and closed the reinforced glass door. He increased the heating, before taking the jacket off.

He sat on the couch, and stopped thinking about the weird winter, thinking it was also part of the evolution that this world had to go through to advance.

Meanwhile, outside the villa, a man stepped out of the shadows of a frozen tree.

"I was right. There's a person in this villa. I should tell the others!"

The rest of the week was much more peaceful.

The temperature had finally stabilized, and didn't fall any further. However, it was unclear if that was worth celebrating since even the stabilized temperature was below freezing.

It was finally the day when the Alpha Labs were going to introduce their new product to the world.

On earth, there was already a lot of buzz, especially since Alpha Corps had been in the limelight recently.

It was like a celebration, where even the celebrities were talking about it, flexing their invitation to the event online.

Leo had also prepared himself to attend the event.

In fact, this was the first time he had dressed so well, looking like a truly wealthy third generation child.

He patted his white coat, and adjusted his crimson tie before stepping on the balcony. He closed the glass door behind him.

He wanted to be closer, yet the sight of earth's outer space region left him surprised as well.

There were quite a lot of advanced ships that were already stationed there. And most of them didn't even belong to earth.

It was clear that most of the ships belonged to other planets within the Space Sector.

"Is another major event going on today? They can't be here to attend the demonstration, right?"

Leo couldn't even count the number of ships that were stationed there. Their numbers were in the hundreds at least, not even counting those that belonged to earth.

"There's no way, right? No matter how many rumours about me spread on earth, that's only limited to one planet, right?"

Leo shook his head, and tried to convince him that these people weren't here because of him.

With another snap of his fingers, specks of light materialised around him, and the ship teleported him to earth, at the destination of the event.

"I take it back. They are here for me..." The sight before the event venue made Leo sigh. "Picollo, how many people did you send invitations to? How did you manage to convince them to come for freaking invisible pants?"

"Wait, is that?" Leo was about to look for the windows when he suddenly hid behind a tree, his expressions growing from bad to worse.

He had seen a familiar face. In fact, it was a face that he didn't expect to see here.

"What the heck is Lionel Family doing here?!"
