Foreign Land Reclamation By a Vegetable-growing Skeleton

Chapter 1479: Is This Kid Really That Fierce?

In the spider's head, the soul flames flickered in the eye sockets, glaring fiercely at Ange, but it made no move.

Shifting its gaze towards Ange's mouth, it became clear why there was no action - because Ange had a mouthful of Dragon Breath, poised to unleash it at any moment.

Seeing no opportunity to attack, the soul inside the spider's head glared at Ange for a while before dissipating resentfully.

In a normal environment, it could attempt to escape, but in this Abyss Core, a soul without a body would instantly collapse.

"Ha—" Seeing its soul disperse, Ange finally exhaled the Dragon Breath from his mouth, slowly retracting his scales, ending his transformation state.

The Monarch and Little Angel Anthony exchanged glances, is that it? The greatest threat, the giant spider skeleton, is dealt with just like that? Ange truly delivers a lethal blow when he acts.

This giant spider skeleton, like the Little Zombie, should have relied on external forces to replenish Star Power. If it isn't dealt with, once it finishes charging and becomes a Star Giant Spider, no one here could oppose it.

Having resolved the greatest threat, the remaining six Star Skeletons and one Star Zombie, though troublesome, are no longer insurmountable.

The remainder of the Star Skeletons were knocked to the ground by Ange's flesh wings, quickly scrambling back up and sprinting after him. By the time they reached Ange, the soul in the spider's head had already dissipated, causing their bodies to pause briefly before rushing at Ange again.

A figure approached, shoulder-slamming the frontmost Star Skeleton into a backward spin, then sweeping a leg to intercept another.

It was the Little Zombie, who had been guarding the Destruction Ball. Now with Ange there, he could free up his hands.

The other four Star Skeletons bypassed the Little Zombie, continuing their charge at Ange. This time, Ange's full Dragon God transformation completely exposed his formidable strength.

Although he hadn't deliberately concealed it, he mostly operated in the Star God's Body, occasionally transforming into a Star Skeleton, so he hadn't been considered as threatening as the Monarch. Both King Fei Lie and Gemez Fortress had somewhat underestimated him.

Now realizing Ange might be the strongest individual, they immediately started focusing their attacks on him.

Something descended from the sky, the foremost skeleton shrinking back suddenly as the Death Scythe narrowly missed its face and lodged into the ground.

A normal scythe is blade only on the inside, but the Monarch's Death Scythe is double-bladed, it can hook as well as scoop, though the skeleton wasn't hit.

The Death Scythe embedded in the ground quivered slightly, trying to change posture, but after a few tremors, it stopped.

In a normal environment, the Monarch could manipulate the Death Scythe with thought to make simple moves, like twisting the staff to spin the entire scythe. Because it's a scythe, the staff would rotate the blade, with an angle able to slice anything within a circle into seventeen or eighteen pieces.

Or it could fly backwards into the Monarch's hand, hooking a line of objects simultaneously.

Unfortunately, the many environmental restrictions here make it impossible for the Monarch's thoughts to control it.

A skeleton kicked the Death Scythe flying, continuing its charge towards Ange.

However, a meteor streaked across the sky, crashing into the ground ahead of them, creating a massive flame column at the spot between them and Ange.

As the meteor hit the ground, a colossal pillar of fire erupted, its surface swirling with violent red lightning, striking and twisting, then narrowed and reformed into a Six-winged Holy Spirit — Divine Skill·Holy Light Transfer.

But the transferred Little Angel appeared somewhat disheveled, with messy hair and asymmetrical wings.

Again, environmental restrictions, this environment made every form of energy incredibly difficult to manifest, including Star Attraction, as the huge gravity crushed most energy structures, even forcing them out consumes enormous power.

Among the remaining four skeletons, one charged towards the Little Angel directly, while the other three quickly bypassed and continued charging at Ange, clearly intending to seize the opportunity during Ange's transformation to strike him heavily.

Little Angel sidestepped, spun around, and flung his wings, like two sharp blades slicing towards the two skeletons directly in front and beside him.

Only two Star Skeletons successfully reached Ange, extending their arms, leaping onto Ange.

A hug is an extremely dangerous attack, once held, either you fall or twist, it ends with either the enemy's or your own demise.

Ange grabbed tightly with both hands in front of him.

What changes will occur when opening the Devouring Abyss in the Devouring Abyss?

The Devouring Abyss between Ange's hands could not form at all, instead the forces of three converged, one from the Little Ghost, one from Kram, and one from the Devouring Abyss, all forces directed differently, like taut wires snapping, generating a tremendous impact.

The two Star Skeletons happened to land at the heart of the convergence of these forces, and they were hurled backwards with the powerful impact of the breaking wires.

With the enemies repelled, Ange finally had the chance to transform again, light flickering on him several times, solidifying into a Star Zombie.

As the repelled enemies flew backwards, the Monarch arrived, delivering a flying kick that sent one of the repelled skeletons back towards Ange.

The Monarch and Little Angel both turned back, and naturally the opposing Star Zombie was unobstructed, its head twisted off, carrying it in hand, sprinting in pursuit.

The scene turned chaotic for a moment, but Ange remained unfazed, with only one enemy left in front of him: the skeleton kicked back by the Monarch. As it flew towards Ange, Ange's transformation was complete, now it was Ange's turn to embrace it.

Hugging the Star Skeleton tightly, he rolled and overturned on the ground, pinning it beneath him, and swung his fist at the skeleton's neck.

The fist struck the neck, thumping against the ground with a loud dull sound.

The Star Skeleton struggled mightily, but its body was firmly pinned by Ange, now transformed into a zombie with a size advantage over the skeleton, it couldn't break free.

Another punch landed on the same spot, then another, a third, fourth, fifth…

The density of the Abyss Core is incredibly high, with a diameter of ten kilometers, its mass equals nearly half of a God Star, acting like a massive, solid anvil, while Ange's fist is the hammer, the Star Skeleton's neck caught between hammer and anvil.

After five consecutive strikes, the Star Skeleton's neck couldn't withstand, forcefully snapping apart.

Ange didn't smash the head, as the skull is among the strongest parts of the skeleton, instead attacking the spine and joints, not needing to ruin them, just break them apart.

The Monarch's jaw nearly dropped as he watched; from Ange snapping the spider skeleton's head to now, maybe less than a minute has passed, and the second Master of Stars met a gruesome end at Ange's hands. For the first time, the Monarch felt, is this child really so fierce?
