Chapter 4501 - Warmth of Home
Tianming wasn't remotely bothered by Xian Xian's behavior, having gotten too used to it. Soon, he and his beasts entered a grand hall. Qingyu and Wudi were toying with the little gold star of crystal in a cute and loving manner.
"Godfather, Lil Sis," Tianming greeted them.
"Oh, the little punk's back!" Wudi didn't even turn to look at him. He was completely focused on the crystal star and smiled like a weird middle-aged man.
"Tsktsktsk..." Qingyu looked at how much taller he had grown. "When Zi Zhen came back to bring us dazzling radiances, she said that you grew too attached to the other place and didn't want to come back with her."
"I was worried something bad would happen, you know," Tianming said with a chuckle.
Qingyu didn't buy it. "Really? Or are you just unable to leave Mu Qingqing's side? Or is it Jiang Qingluan? I heard that the Jiang Qingluan there matches you even more."
"Shhh, enough with the nonsense." He smacked the back of her head and glared at her. "Stop gossiping about my affairs. You make it sound like there's actually something between us."
"Can you blame me? I'm working hard to raise your child here. It gets boring sometimes, so what if I indulge in a little gossip?"
Wudi finally turned around and seemed rather miffed by Tianming's new height. "You can't seem to stop growing since you went to the Realm of Chaos. It pisses me off."
He had to look up to see Tianming's face that was seventy thousand meters high. This was quite the height for the scale of the Sun.
Tianming laughed and squatted down. He could easily take the two into his massive hands. "Guess it can't be helped. This is the gap between the universe's number-one and number-two geniuses."
Though Wudi and Qingyu cultivated rather quickly in the past decades thanks to dazzling radiances, they weren't nearly as fast as Tianming and were still around the four-thousand-meter mark. Being able to break through three to four times within decades was no doubt amazing, but Tianming was a different beast. The main reason for that was the sky plunderers' cheat. Daosteal allowed him to steal the order within the dazzling radiances for himself.
"Sigh! My son grew bigger again! How annoying!" Wudi said.
"Hahaha, if I hadn't, the Sun would be eliminated by our enemies," Tianming said.
"How are things over there in the Realm of Chaos? Zi Zhen didn't tell us much apart from how things are under control for now," Wudi said.
"Let's start with the thing you all are most concerned with. I slayed those four concubines of mine," Tianming said.
"Not bad. They don't call you a lady-killer for nothing, huh?"
"Ladies were killed alright. Just not in the way you make it sound."
"Ugh, don't make it sound so creepy," Qingyu said.
"Don't worry, lady-killers don't go after their own sisters," Wudi said with a hearty laugh.
"Still, I wasn't expecting Big Bro to kill the concubines. I thought he wouldn't be able to," Qingyu said, her faith in him renewed.
"I already said that I'm not that kind of guy," Tianming said as he got closer. He looked at the golden crystal, the cosmic-god embryo of his daughter. The star was far too small, but even he could tell that it was slightly larger than the time he last saw it. It was growing, albeit somewhat slowly.
"By the way, Qingyu, didn't you say that you heard her speak to you sometimes? Can you get her to speak to me?" Tianming asked impatiently.
"It's not speaking per-se. It's more like a mental connection. Just try it out yourself," she said with a smile.
Tianming pulled the golden star toward his chest and did feel some kind of telepathic connection. It was warm, vigorous and familiar. This was the legacy of his bloodline! He could feel the young life's eagerness for its own birth just like how he felt.
"Hahahahaha!" Tianming laughed elatedly nonstop.
"Oh no... That kid has lost it," Wudi said, facepalming.

After seeing his daughter and talking to Wudi and Qingyu, Tianming visited a few others, such as Mushan Xue and Mushan Feng of the flameyellow voidkin. Their people had left the Fiend Ruins and were improving rapidly on the Sun, which also strengthened Tianming's power.
Then, he visited Granny Yin of the devas. Most of the devas on the Sun were incredibly worried and could feel the storm that was building. They had no idea whether Tianming would ultimately prevail.
As for the "kidnapped" little empress from Sundown Imperius, she had integrated nicely with the rest of the population in the Sun, becoming no different from the rest of the locals.
He also visited the imprisoned imperial son of Ninefirm Imperius, who immediately bore fangs at Tianming when he saw him. "Li Tianming, if you don't release me this instant, it will be your doom!"
"I don't really mind. If I'm doomed either way, you'll be doomed first," Tianming said, chuckling. "By the way, the most precious sword art of the Starfall Pantheon is called Ninefirm Starfall Exorcism, right? I killed quite a few pigs with it. It's quite useful."
"How dare you!" The imperial son continued to seethe.
"Hmmm, that's odd. You didn't seem to be that feisty when I first took you prisoner. Did you forget your current position already?"
"It's not like you'll actually kill me. Do you think you'll be able to fight the imperatores of the Eightpart Pantheons just because you progressed a bit quickly and reached seventy thousand meters?"
Little did he know that Tianming had slain imperatores in the Realm of Chaos, and he was much stronger in the Realm of Order. Then again, he didn't bother to educate a mere prisoner.
"Seems like you still think that your daddy imperator cares about you. I wouldn't be surprised if you'll be the first one to die when the fight finally starts." Tianming said what he wanted to and took his leave, flying out of the Sun to the astralscape above.
"Primordial Sands... no updates," Yin Chen reported. "But everyone... is discussing... your crazy... fast progress... they think... you can... actually defeat... Eightpart Pantheons."
"Well, it's not that my progress that's fast..." Tianming felt the growing omnisentient power within his body. This was the power of the flameyellow divinities. As long as they were around, Tianming was the true Galactic Emperor.
Finally, he went to the location in the Upper Star Ruin that he yearned to be the most. It was a golden crystal star that was encased in a pink-gray prison of the Ancestral World that seemed to be at its breaking point.
