Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 1278: Cutting It Off

The narrative quickly turned to the fact that Kent Madson was standing before them. Whispers echoed in the background, many wondering if Kent is indeed the Kent.

Nobody cares about the Dark Lord or the fact that the legendary Adin Mattew is standing before them. Kent is the moment, and so they let their hushed comments run wild.

"It can't be him, right?"

"I know, right. The Kent Madson everyone is looking for can't be this young and ordinary."

"I don't know about ordinary, considering he didn't seem fazed despite holding Lord Dark's son hostage."

"True. However, if this is indeed him, then why is he targeting Young Master Hazen?"

"Idiot, don't you have eyes? Those two standing behind him are the twins who trashed Young Master Hazen about a week ago."

"Oh, it makes sense now. But why is Kent Madson helping them? And why is he on the Planet for?"

That question pops into everyone's mind as Kent looks at Adin with a calm gaze. The leader of the Midnight Shadows in this star system also held his gaze, but a surprised look could be seen in his eyes.

He most certainly didn't expect to be meeting the most famous person in the universe on Planet Bayla.

"I suppose the rumours are true. You indeed have the aura of someone worthy to appear on two Dao Tablets," Adin smiled and turned to Hazen.

Seeing this, the Dark Lord and his guards became expectant. They knew no matter how strong Kent is, in the presence of the Leader of the Midnight Shadow, he is but a bug.

The Dark Lord is a Shadow Legend, same as Adin; however, even he wouldn't dare challenge him. Adin is a legend on this side of the universe.

He had assassinated countless powerhouses, with rumours even saying he had assassinated immortals and even escaped from the elusive Night Hunters on numerous occasions.

Nobody knew how he had managed to bridge the gap between the Heavenly Ascension Stage and the Immortal Stage. However, he had killed immortals, and knowing the kind of person he is, they knew it wasn't exaggerated.

This made the Dark Lord hopeful that his son would be saved.

However, nothing prepared him for what Adin said next... "What do you intend to do with him?"

This question shattered the Dark Lord's expectations, making him turn pale from sheer shock. The one he was hoping would save his son had no such plan. Instead, he wanted to know what Kent planned on doing with him.

It is the same as saying, "How do you plan on killing him?"

Kent smiled and answered, "I planned on killing him initially; however, upon reflection, he would just reincarnate and become an even bigger prick. So, as a believer in what is good and fair, I will take what is so precious to him."

The moment he ended his words, a sword appeared in his right hand. He waved his left hand, and Hazen flew into the air, his hands and legs spread like he was nailed to an X-shaped cross.

"It is only right to take what seems to be controlling you. Only then would you stop hurting innocent young girls."

In a flash, he swung his sword, causing his heavenly sword aura to create thin lines of sword light in the air.

For a moment, time froze. Then a chilling cry came from Hazen just when all the clothing around his body was sliced into countless pieces and fell off his body.

Then, to everyone's shock, his dick was also sliced clean off his body.

But it didn't end there.

The cut-off part of his dick was further shredded by the heavenly sword aura, making sure it wasn't stitched back on after that.

The sword vanished from Kent's hand.

He also let go of Hazen, who fell from the air and slammed into the ground. The Dark Lord wanted to attack Kent in that instant; however, a sidelong glance from Adin made him abandon all thought,

But that didn't stop him from gritting his teeth.

Kent turned toward Ryan... "Bring out the snake."

Ryan nodded and waved his hand, bringing out the colossal snake they had nearly fallen prey to. This sight sent a chill down everyone's spine, but Kent didn't care.

He used his energy to hold the snake in the air and then, with a casual wave, one large, rough, metallic scale came off its colossal body.

Kent waved his hand, and the scale flew toward the Dark Lord... "I believe this is the payment you wanted for the life of their family."

Kent waved his other hand, and the rest of the giant body vanished into Ryan's space ring. Everyone held their jaws loose, with shocked expressions plastered across their faces.

"Isn't that one of the overlords in the Green Rain Forest?" a spectator asked, snapping many back from their daze.

"Yes... Now that you say it, it is indeed one of the Overlords. The Metallic Scale Slash Snake, I believe."

"Wait, so they killed it?"

"Damn."

As the onlookers kept talking about the snake whose scale was now hovering before the Dark Lord, the man in question looked pissed. However, looking at the scale, he knew a promise is a promise.

He must keep his end of the bargain, else a lot of things would happen.

'Damn it. If Lord Adin wasn't here, I would have long slit this bastard's throat,' the Dark Lord said inwardly, staring hatefully at Kent.

"I don't have much time to waste on scum like you. There are better things to spend my time on. So I will give you five minutes to bring out the family, or else I will kill every last member of the Warden family."

The moment Kent said the words, he released a part of his aura and directed it at the Dark Lord. He was pushed back a few steps, deepening the shock on his face.

"Tempt my patience and see the outcome."

Adin said nothing, but a lot of thoughts ran through his mind as he looked at Kent. He had been keeping a close eye on the Wardens for many years now.

Of course, he is a Midnight Shadow, not a vigilante. So, despite seeing many misgivings among the ranks of the Wardens, he turned a blind eye to things since they continued to protect the city and the people.

However, he had no love for them, and as such, when Kent came after them, he seemed okay with it. Now, however, he could tell that if the five minutes were over and they didn't bring the family, Kent would indeed kill them all.

Once that happens, the city will be left unprotected. The Wardens held a rather strong influence, after all.

So he cannot let that happen... Many would die the moment all members of the Warden Family fall.

If only he knew Kent planned on killing the Wardens and then taking every last soul into a much more secure place.

Adin didn't know that, so he turned to the Dark Lord and commanded him.

Three minutes later, five people, all hurt in different parts of their bodies, were brought.

"Hmmmm." Seeing this, Kent hummed, but it sounded like a growl.
