Shi Feiyang called all his disciples to the Five Bright Palace, spoke individually with each, answering the problems they encountered during their cultivation, and based on their current situations, he pointed out their future paths and the most suitable cultivation methods for them. Starting with Xiong Manniang and Deng Bagu, through Yuan Hua and Jin Xunu, to Lin Han and Shi Sheng.

He then took out the Magical Treasures he had acquired during this period and distributed them to everyone, starting with Xiong Manniang, "You already possess the Dragon Sparrow Ring and your effort is still shallow. You should not have another Magical Treasure, but you had forsaken the reincarnation path arranged by Master Kong due to following me to practice the Mysterious Sect Immortal Dao. The tribulation hasn't been overcome yet. This Michen Banner is a good treasure for avoiding tribulation, but it also involves other karma. However, it can still buy you some time. I'll give it to you in advance, and you must carefully refine it. Remember, this treasure must not be lost, or your tribulation would be difficult to pass, and you may indeed have to reincarnate again."

He instructed Xiong Manniang on how to refine the Michen Banner and more systematically refine the Dragon Sparrow Ring, developing it to depend on her heart and breath and unlock more functions and effects.

The Great Dao is consistent, and the techniques change with the situation.

After Xiong Manniang was Deng Bagu, who already possessed deep cultivation and had formed a Nascent Soul, but the Nascent Soul was cultivated through an alternative mental method and far from reaching the degree of Pure Yang Ascension and far from the Earth Immortal Longevity. Although she had cultivated for a long time, her Primordial Qi was impure, and she was actually an elder.

Shi Feiyang taught her not to seek strength and speed anymore, but to return back to the method of "Human follows Earth, Earth follows Heaven, Heaven follows Dao, Dao follows Nature." She must return the baby to its original natural and naive state. Things grow old when they are strong, naturally so, to achieve endless life.

Since Deng Bagu already had the Snow Soul Pearl, Shi Feiyang did not give her another Magical Treasure, "Here is perpetual daylight, where the Qi of the Sun is most vigorous, which is very harmful to refining your Snow Soul Pearl. Even the essence of ice and snow formed over billions of years will melt if here too long, corresponding to the 'Peeling' Hexagram. I have arranged Tianrui Palace for you, which is in the Southwest Kun Land, and there is a unique Earth vein underneath, leading directly to the recovery line, exactly a land of recovering with True Yin. If you continuously increase its coldness with alternative techniques, it goes against the natural laws of this realm, misleading both human and treasure. You must follow my teachings, utilizing the True Yin from the land of the Sun to refine your inner elixir and the pearl externally, and you can achieve something significant in no more than thirty years."

Deng Bagu bowed deeply in gratitude and sincerely accepted the teaching.

Next was Yuan Hua, who had the "Inner View Primordial Sect" left by the Green Flood Dragon Real Man. Practicing according to this was feasible, but the environment of the Outer Heaven Divine Mountain was special, and Shi Feiyang made some adjustments to his cultivation technique. The Golden Hook and Jade Scroll left by the Green Flood Dragon Real Man were all with him, and since the Cang Ape would not reincarnate for decades, he kept practicing with them, and Shi Feiyang did not give him anything new.

I'll teach you how to re-refine it using Mysterious Sect techniques, discarding some original uses to bring out an essence of presence from absence. You must ponder deeply. Eventually, when the elixir is completed, so too will the sword be."

Lin Han, having heard about the wonders of this sword from Deng Bagu and Yuan Hua, knelt on the ground, received the sword with both hands, and kowtowed to thank his master.

Shi Feiyang then handed him the Xuan Guang Ruler, "As the foremost disciple of my Qian Dao, I hope that you will keep your heart and actions upright and set an example for your junior fellow disciples."

Last was Shi Sheng, who already possessed the Taibai Split Light Sword, the Detachment Bell, and the Two Realms Token, each passed down from the Jile Perfected Li Jingxu to Lu Min, then from Lu Min to Lu Rongbo, and finally to him. You must focus on understanding the words 'Heavenly Heart.' The foundation of your future ascension lies within these two words."

After dealing with his six direct disciples, Shi Feiyang then summoned the recorded disciples from outside, the first being Red Snake. "You were the first to follow me, and I hope you can prove effective. However, your temperament carries a heavy mix of fury and extremism, and you do not understand the way of forgiveness. Be extremely careful in this regard; all your future trials will stem from this very thought." He handed over another Yellow Cloud Nail, which he had obtained from Wei Fengniang.

He then instructed Xuan Turtle, "In ancient sayings, 'good' emphasizes being in harmony with the Dao and excelling in techniques. Accomplishing things through Daoist techniques signifies great goodness and will surely lead to auspicious outcomes." The cultivation method he taught to Xuan Turtle was distinct from that of Red Snake, and finally, he taught him the Seven Birds Divine Skill, urging him to study diligently.

Red Snake also wanted to learn, and Shi Feiyang let him learn from Xuan Turtle. "Xuan Turtle's heart is calm, able even to place his own life's danger outside of his considerations, the more so, the more accurate his calculations will be. Your impetuous nature, zealously involving yourself in matters unrelated to you, hinders any true understanding."

After Turtle and Snake, came the divine Merfolk, followed by Yuan Tortoise. This Demon Dragon, initially unwilling to submit, was kept by Shi Feiyang inside the Yu Ding. Ultimately, fearing Shi Feiyang's threat of refining him and sealing him upon the cauldron, he succumbed when he discovered Shi Feiyang could guide and protect him through his impending ten-thousand-year calamity, and so within the cauldron, he acknowledged Shi Feiyang as his master.

Yuan Tortoise's true body was immensely long, over a hundred zhang, usually resting its body within the undersea Crystal Palace. Its Primordial Spirit transformed and appeared as a robust, three-zhang-tall man, dressed in black-purple robes, radiating a fierce and domineering aura.

Among so many present, he respected none but Shi Feiyang, carefully listening to everything taught by him.

Following him were Falcon Crane, three Green Flood Dragons, and two small apes collected by Yuan Hua. Though all apes, Yuan Hua no longer had a physical body, having condensed into a Ghost Immortal by refining his divine soul; these two still possessed physical bodies enabling them to directly refine qi and blood and Cultivate an Inner Core. Shi Feiyang taught them the cultivation methods of Refining Inner Core and Chi You Refining Form Technique, also giving them two Immortal Swords, imbued with Xin Metal Sword Qi that he had obtained from two women of Immortal City.

This sword qi, extracted by Xie Shan from Xin Metal essence through Divine Skills of the Mysterious Sect, was used in combat not unlike genuine Flying Swords, even more sharp and formidable. Shi Feiyang dispersed the sword qi, and forged it into two Flying Swords made from Nine Heavens Divine Iron, bestowed upon the small apes.

Strictly speaking, these two small apes were not his recorded disciples, but direct-lineage grandchildren.

After all the Magical Treasures were distributed, Shi Feiyang led them outside, standing on the broad platform in front of the Five Bright Palace. He pointed with his hand toward a distant peak.

The peak, towering a hundred zhang, was entirely made of jade, with a fine and glossy surface. Originally thousands of miles away, Shi Feiyang had selectively used a spell to relocate it here, hollowed it out, and refined it into an Eight Diagrams Immortal Furnace, previously used to forge the Five-Colored Divine Sand.

When the backfilling of basins and construction of rivers and mountains were completed, Shi Feiyang relocated it again, named it Heavenly Furnace Peak, and placed various materials like Nine Heavens Divine Iron, Void Divine Wood, Void Divine Flame, True Sun Fire, and Void True Soil into the furnace. Depending on the properties of each material, he casually crafted various-shaped treasures with different attributes. After finishing, he stoked up the fire once more, refining everything in one go, yet the treasures were still uncollected from the furnace.

Shi Feiyang told his disciples, "Inside there are seventy-three Magical Treasures, all casually crafted by me. They aren't adequate for avoiding calamities or extending life, yet they suffice for everyday protection, provided you don't provoke formidable foes. The treasures have long been ready; I'll now open the furnace and let you find and take what appeals to you based on your own destiny."

With a wave of his hand, the mountain's peak, fashioned like a furnace lid after ten days of baking, suddenly lifted, soaring over a hundred zhang high. The hollowed belly of the mountain, now a furnace chamber, shone brilliantly, ejecting numerous treasures that danced through the air in a vibrant spectrum of crimson, orange, red, green, blue, and violet.

As the treasures flew out, Shi Feiyang closed the jade cap of the peak and urged his disciples to step up quickly, "Go and take the treasures! Don't hesitate; you might find something you need in the future. Go on, go on, Han, Bagu, you go too!"

Originally, the eight direct disciples, valuing their dignity, thought that having already received treasures from their master, it wouldn't be fitting to appear too greedy, so none dared to move. The outer disciples, deeming themselves inferior, upon seeing the direct disciples standing still, also hesitated to step forward, fearing it would seem too impertinent.

Shi Feiyang laughed heartily, formed hand seals, and with several swift gestures, suddenly enveloped them from above. The ground beneath them darkened; some cried out in surprise, unable to comprehend what happened. As light returned, they found themselves in the sky surrounding Heavenly Furnace Peak.

It turned out Shi Feiyang, seeing their hesitation in stepping forward, directly used the Great Transposition Technique of Inverting Five Elements to teleport them here; any further delay and they would have plummeted to their deaths. It ended with Red Snake leading the way, whistling sharply, "Then I won't be polite! I want that snake-shaped Magical Treasure!"
