Wizard: I Have a Game Panel

Chapter 148: Player Forum Opens Sequence

"Thank you for Speaker Jerald's guidance, I have noted it down." Lor nodded slightly, with a look of realization on his face.

In his heart, he was pondering how to brush off Jerald if he really tried to undermine him.

"Hmm." Jerald was afraid Lor might say something ridiculous again, so he went straight to the point: "Legislator Lor, have you decided when to establish the Space Faction?"

Upon hearing this, Lor immediately understood the earlier flattery and felt relieved, smiling as he replied, "I'm still considering which continent to establish the Wizard Tower on, but I should decide within this year."

This Speaker Jerald probably wanted to see some of his witchcraft models for inspiration.

To this, Lor didn't mind much, as he had no reason to hide anything anymore.

But he still had to wait for a critical point occurring later this year.

There were still two years before the arrival of the players.

However, if nothing unexpected happens, the game forum will open this year.

If the forum opens, it confirms the players will indeed arrive, and he will establish the Wizard Tower on the Betula Continent and exchange merits for some territories.

If the game forum does not open, he will choose a remote continent to establish the Wizard Tower.

On a remote continent, the territory that can be exchanged for merits would be larger, making it more cost-effective.

"Haha, good." Jerald's eyes lit up, and he chuckled, "Then I'll look forward to your good news."

Lor, being from the Yasen Faction, had no relation with which continent he chose for the Wizard Tower, so Jerald was disinterested in offering any advice.

From the start, his sole purpose was to see Lor's witchcraft rune models.

Having received a definite answer, he was thoroughly satisfied.

Subsequently, the two exchanged a few polite words before ending the communication.

"My rune models can indeed offer direct help to you all, but only if you haven't used up your Third to Fourth Ring sorcery positions." Lor glanced at the microscope witchcraft model in his Sea of Consciousness, a smirk forming on his lips.

He could already imagine the pained expressions of those legislators and speakers who had used up all their Third and Fourth Ring sorcery positions when discovering the function of the microscope.

For Four- and Five-Ring Mages, their precision of spiritual power only reached the molecular level at best.

With the microscope witchcraft, however, they could directly see the element strings.

Although other factions couldn't explore a space rune model from the strings, being able to perceive the string level and probe the essence greatly aided witchcraft fusion.

He shook his head lightly, no longer dwelling on this matter, as Lor prepared his spiritual power to dive into the Sea of Consciousness to continue gathering origin.

Just then, two panel notifications suddenly popped up before his eyes.

[Player Forum has been opened, please check it out]

[Sequence Permissions Panel has been opened, please check it out]

"It opened, the players are really going to arrive."

Seeing the first notification, Lor felt a surge of joy, but upon seeing the second, he was somewhat perplexed, tentatively asking in his heart: "What on earth is this permission panel?"

...

After a minute without any response, Lor shook his head helplessly.

This panel, as always, required everything to be explored on his own.

"Open the Sequence Permissions Panel." Lor murmured inwardly.

As for the player's forum, he had browsed it numerous times in his previous life, so he wasn't in a rush to check it out.

The most important thing now was to figure out what the so-called Sequence Permissions Panel was about.

[Sequence: 97,658,773

Activated Permission: 1: Insight (Insufficient energy, unable to activate).

Origin Points: 0%]

Looking at the sequence number in the ninety millions, Lor couldn't help but feel a bit speechless.

It seemed there were still many secrets within the panel.

For now, Lor didn't think too much about matters beyond his reach, figuring it was pointless; even Seven-Ring Mages couldn't fathom it, and he turned his attention to Insight instead.

There was no explanation for this either, the only clarification being that it couldn't be used due to lack of energy.

"Then how does one acquire the energy?"

Lor furrowed his brow slightly, glanced at another regular panel, and tentatively thought: "Exchange 10 billion charge points for origin points."

As for the Insight permission, he was quite curious about it and wanted to give it a try.

However, after waiting for a minute, there wasn't the slightest response.

The 10.3 billion charge points rested idly on the player panel, while the origin points on the sequence panel remained 0%.

"There's no way that 10 billion charge points can't even fill up 1% of the origin progress bar?" Lor was a bit skeptical, "Let's try charging a hundred billion charge points."

He was somewhat reluctant to give up, his spiritual power covering the space ring, directly charging 10 billion magic crystals.

In the next moment, half of the magic crystals in the space ring vanished, and the player panel gained 100 billion charge points.

"Exchange 100 billion charge points for origin points." Lor murmured in his heart.

Still, there was no response from either panel.

"Tch, forget it, I'll look into it later."

Lor shook his head a bit regretfully, turned off the two panels, and instead looked at the notification for the opening of the player forum: "Open the forum."

Unlike the vibrant forum of the late generations, the current player's forum only had a scant few posts, exceptionally sparse.

One of the posts was titled "Light of Truth" History CG, The First Act of the Wizard's Rise, The Fall of the Gods.

As for the other post, its title read: [What's this forum? A game forum?]

He glanced at the poster of this message, a string of number IDs with no apparent meaning.

Looking at this forum, Lor felt a strange sense of nostalgia.

Truthfully speaking, he had been in this world for 44 years, longer than his entire previous life.

However, all his past memories were still buried deep in his mind, completely unforgotten.

Even though he had been a rootless orphan, the peace and prosperity of that world were hard for him to forget.

"Being able to discover the Light of Truth game forum at this time, it must be a beta player, right?"

After some time, reluctantly pulling himself away from the memories, Lor looked at the post, pondering in his heart, "I just don't know who it could be."

Opening the second post, he tried to respond with a "yes."

But found he couldn't locate a reply box.

"No way?" Lor frowned slightly, "I can only read, but can't post anything?"

This discovery left him a bit disappointed; it seemed he couldn't chat idly on the forum in the future.

Suddenly, a thought struck him, completely waking him up from his reminiscences, and looking at the empty game forum, his eyes grew unusually deep, "This thing, could it have been created by a sequence panel holder?"

The more he thought about it, the more possible it seemed.

The panel, being like a dead object, probably wouldn't appear on its own.

The only explanation was that another sequence panel holder was behind this.

"I wonder if the relationship between sequence panel holders is one of cooperation and mutual benefit, or the Dark Forest law applies here." Lor thought of a certain possibility, his pupils contracting, his heart pounding like a drum.

A sequencer capable of such grand deeds wasn't something he should be dealing with at the moment.

He carefully recalled each and every move he had made since arriving in this world, discovering a huge flaw.

While in the Divine Kingdom, he had maxed out his spiritual power directly.

If the suspected sequencer presence could perceive every minuscule change in this world, his anomaly would be exposed.

Right now, he seemed to be in great danger!

To verify whether he was exposed, a simple method would suffice, viewing the historical CG would reveal the truth.

Without hesitation, Lor clicked in.

Regardless of exposure, he had to investigate it, knowing that avoiding it wasn't going to solve the problem.
